Quest Bars feature some of the best tasting flavors with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough as our all-time favorite flavor. Their dense and chewy consistency is extremely satiating without wearing out your jaw muscles like similar style protein bars. They also feature variety packs so you can sample their 20+ delicious flavors.

Even though they use the artificial sweetener, Sucralose, the rest of the sweetness comes from Erythritol and Stevia. On top of that, their high fiber, low sugar, and around 8g of healthy fat, make these some of the best Keto-friendly protein bars.

High Protein Bar Metrics

1. Protein

Obviously, protein is the most important thing we look for a high protein bar. The bars we chose have the best protein ratio so you're not wasting extra calories on sugars and other fillers.

2. Healthy Fats

Healthy fat content is important because it helps us stay full for longer. Our brains also run on fat, so getting good fats is essential for all-around good nutrition. Especially for those of us in Beast Mode who burn most of what we eat.

3. Calories

Traditionally we think of calories as something to limit at all costs. That rule doesn't apply to Beast Moders, because calories are only fuel if you're extremely active. That's why the higher the calories, the higher the score. (As long as they're not empty calories.)

4. Ingredient Quality

Ingredient quality is an essential metric in choosing a high protein bar, especially when you're skipping a meal for one. The main things that drop the score in this category are artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and other fillers. Truthfully, most meal replacement bars and high protein bars are no better than a Snickers. Most companies depend on good marketing to gloss over the bad ingredients by promoting a few good ones.
